About the event
Subtle movement and stretches are introduced through postures and breath while sitting on a chair as well as utilizing the chair back in standing. Guided movement in all 6 directions (forward bend – flexion, back bend – extension, side bend to each side and twist to each side) promotes a healthy spine, releases held tension, and improves blood circulation and flexibility. Please dress comfortably; bring your own mat.
