About the event
This class offers slow, relaxed, conscious movements/stretches that assist in releasing tight, restricted areas of the body. Introducing tools for Self Myofascial Release (SMR) and techniques (mostly conducted low to the floor) to release restrictions held within the body thereby increasing range of motion. Please dress comfortably; bring your own mat.
